Following a successful career in nannying in both the UK and overseas, Lou started Baby Steps Nannies back in 2017. With more than 6 years of nannying experience, ranging from positions in Adelaide, Australia to Banstead, Surrey, she has put all her time into building the company and recruiting an impressive array of high-calibre nannies.

With more than 20 years’ experience running Baby Steps’ sister company The Recruitment Shop, Debbie brings a gentle and personal approach to our nannies and clients. Since moving into childcare, she has placed many families with amazing nannies.

Katie joined our team in the summer of 2019 after working in the admin and recruitment sector for many years. After having her own gorgeous bubba, (3-year-old Seb) she decided she wanted to work part-time in a role that would work around her busy family life! As a parent herself, she sympathises with families who need a helping hand!
Acting as our client coordinator, Katie is our lady in the know when it comes to trials, interviews, and helping find the perfect families for our lovely nannies. You will also often hear Katie's voice when you call our out-of-office mobile number as she deals with our on-call clients and Nannies. With her gentle and calm nature, she is the perfect addition to our ever-growing team.
